1. What is the delivery time and cost?

A. We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £25 to UK mainland areas. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day (Monday – Friday).

2. Do you ship Internationally?

A. Currently we are unable to sell outside of the EU. Please contact us for an international shipping quote.

3. What toy safety certification do your  products have?

A. All our products have been successfully tested to EN71 European Toy Safety Standards.

4. Are all paints used non-toxic and lead free?

A. Yes. All paints used in Bee Smart products are regularly tested to ensure compliance with EN71 Part 3.

5: Can I cancel or change an order?

A. Yes, contact us within 24 hours of purchase otherwise this could incur a delivery/re-stocking charge.

6: What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

A. If your order has been despatched but hasn’t arrived within the expected time period, please contact us and we will help to investigate the status of your order.

7. What is your returns policy?

A. At Bee Smart we always hope you will be happy with your order, however all sales are final. If there are issues/problems with your order, please inform us within 30 days of purchase via email and we will do our best to accommodate your request (details are in contact us section).

We are not responsible for goods lost in the post. If the order is lost this must be reported to us within 7 days after placing the order, We will replace the goods to an equal value after a full investigation with Royal Mail has been carried out. Please note, the refund will match the price you originally paid and will not cover any postage fees incurred whilst returning the item. A copy of your order must be included with all returns. Returns made outside the 30 day period will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. (we recommend using a recorded mail service).

The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs and the original shipping cost is non refundable. If an item is returned as faulty it will be tested/replaced. If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, We reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. Please note, ALL refunds and replacements are at our discretion
