DESCRIPTION & PRICE OF GOODS
The description and price of the goods you order will be as shown at time of order. All goods are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable after your order has been placed, we will inform you immediately and offer you an alternative or issue a refund or credit for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. 

Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on this website are accurate at the time you place your order. Should there be an error, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. If we do not receive any correspondence within 14 days of informing you of the error, the order will be cancelled automatically a refund issued.

PAYMENT
Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on the payment pages. Alternatively, we can accept payment over the phone. Goods are the property of Nicko Toys Ltd until full cleared payment has been received including any delivery charges. Please note there may be additional delivery charges for international orders. Goods will not be dispatched until delivery charges are paid. There will be no dispatch of goods until cleared funds are received.

DELIVERY TERMS & CONDIIONS
Once you place your order with us you will receive an automated confirmation email, please check this carefully and notify us immediately with any discrepancies. The delivery address can be different to the billing address, please ensure a contact phone number is supplied with all orders. Every effort will be made to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

RETURNING UNWANTED GOODS
We value our customers greatly and aim to provide the highest possible level of service. If you purchase an item and decide you don’t like it or it doesn’t fit your requirements we will offer a 30 day full refund period. Please note, the refund will match the price you originally paid and will not cover any postage fees incurred whilst returning the item. A copy of your order must be included with all returns. Returns made outside the 30 day period will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.

Unwanted items should be returned in an unused condition and in its original packaging. All boxes must be wrapped, no stickers should be applied direct to the product packaging – if it is not in a re-sellable condition a refund cannot be offered. Please send all returns via a trackable service for your peace of mind.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
We take great care in ensuring all orders products are carefully packed. In the unlikely event a problem occurs upon receipt of your order please email us at info@bee-smart.net. Please include a photo and an explanation of the problem/fault and we will resolve immediately by sending a replacement part. All returns of faulty/damaged/incorrect items must be pre-arranged with Bee Smart Toys.

WARRANTY
All parts are covered by a 12 month warranty. Within 12 months of the purchase date we will replace any faulty parts after receiving a photo. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. 

OUR RIGHTS
Bee Smart (UK) Ltd reserves the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Bee Smart (UK) Ltd’s total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, and restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods. 

DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
We will not share your information with anyone and will only contact you in the future if you so request. 

APPLICABLE LAW 
These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
